Real Estate consumers come to us looking for help with their upcoming move. We start the relationship; learn
their needs and expectations and nurture the consumer until they are ready to work with you, our Referral
Partner. Our referrals are qualified and want to work with you. We are "Consumer Oriented and REALTOR® Driven."

Fee Structure
We partner with our clients by charging a 25% referral fee on all successful transactions that we complete together.
We also charge an annual administration fee of $595 that allows us to provide extraordinary service and support to
you and the consumers that we work with throughout the year.

Behind the Scenes
Throughout the development of our referrals, we stay active in tracking each deal until it closes, remaining behind
the scenes to ensure our Referral Partner works with quality referrals and that our referred consumers receive
exceptional service. We offer the support, coaching and feedback needed to close transactions.
